Abstract：Because of the low voltage ac will generate static electricity and stray current can make medicine group gathered, there issomehiddendangerof safety and qualityduring production of plasticdetonatingtube.This paper focus on the optimi-zationandimprovement ofplastic detonating tube production equipmentandlow voltage electric parts of dopedstirringdevice. In orderto achieve the effect of stable transmissiondetonating tube detonation wave, by using compressed air as working medium, instead of a low voltage ac motor drives the stirring device,improvingsafety degree of the nature of civil blasting equipment production, meanwhilerealizingpharmaceutical distribution uniform in the plastic detonating tube wall.
