Application of Deep-Hole Smooth Blasting Technique in Large Section Hard Rock Roadway

Abstract：According to the rock property, drilling and blasting equipment of used in field, by mixed cut blasting technique and increasing charge of cut hole, blasting energy of cut blasting is increased, blasting efficiency is improved. Charge of water cushion is adopted for surrounding holes, to ensure good formation of roadway. Test results show that during the same cycle time, monthly footage increased from 80m of pretest to 100m, blasting equipment consumption is decreased obviously. Test study achieves the anticipated target of safety, rapid, efficient construction, and providing reference for roadway construction in similar rock properties.
