The Way to Improve Precision of Second Magnitude of Tungsten Type Delay Element

Abstract：In this paper mainly discusses the way to improve delay time precision by half-second delay detonators of delay time between 2.5-6.0 seconds and by improve the structure of tungsten delay element and the formulation of delay composition. Through continuous optimization, research had solved the difficult problem of the low delay time precision of delay element, the production process is not easy to control, lower productivity and lower safety factor. All products fit the bill of the national standards acceptance, through a number of performance test.
