A Continuous Sensitization Equipment of Emulsion Explosive with Double Planet

Abstract：The sensitization machine is the key equipment in the production line of emulsion explosive. According to the defects of present horizontal sensitization machine that the emulsion matrix is easily brought into the sealing device for the shaft of machine passing through the matrix which would lead to the friction of matrix in the shaft, a vertical continuous sensitization equipment of emulsion explosive with double planetary stirring has been developed using the principle of planetary stirring. The test results show that the equipment has good safety and the sensitizing effect meets the specified requirements.
