Abstract：Taking primary explosive DDNP as an example, the cause of detonator explosion in the processes of filling and pressing explosive is analyzed from chemicals, raw materials, tooling and production equipments, cleaning up floating drug, program control procedures, humidity etc. and the corresponding prevention measures are put forward.
