Abstract：Basing on the production process of winding electric detonator lighting blasting cap wire, the present situation of process and equipment were discussed. With the guidance on the progress of civilian explosives materials technology, the development direction and technical ideas of process technology and equipment for winding electric detonator lighting blasting cap wire were put forward.
