The Development of A Device Winding around and bundling Detonators Automatically

Abstract：In view of the current low level production automation of detonator with shock-conducting tube, according to manufacturing process cutting, processing, packing, labeling and capping of shock-conducting tube, a device is developed which can wind around and bundle it automatically. It has been proved that the device designed meets the relevant technical requirements, laying the foundation for further raising the level of industrial detonator production line.
