Industrial ExplosiVe Industry Expert Selection and Assessment Models
Abstract：The purpose of this article is mainly for industrial explosive industry on management of participated expert. And the necessity, way and method and application of civilian blasting workers industry expert selection work has been described, which especially focused on the core of expert selection, such as process of expert selection, change of selection conditions, generation of expert list and assessment method. The indicators of related method are provided, and the example according to full process of selection work is also given.
