Analysis of the Cause Making Emulsion Explosive Harden and its Control
Abstract：In many factors of causing emulsion explosive products hardening, emulsifying agent and emulsifying technique are the key factors affecting the stability of emulsion explosive. Through the analysis of the actual effect of adjusting emulsifying agent, selecting emulsifying machine, the production process conditions and so on, it concludes that the issue of products hardening during the storage process can be solved efficiently by selecting mixed emulsifier and reasonable control of the speed of the emulsifying machine.
