Abstract：From 2008 to 2009, the United States civil explosive market experienced dramatic fluctuations, while our civil explosive market was relatively stable and showed growth trends. ＂Study finds that today＇s American civil explosive market is the tomorrow of our country civil explosive market. Only to the requirement of the civil explosive market, industrial explosive economy does not have the conditions of sustainable development. In the ease of the limited market demand, the economic transition of civil explosive industry is only from the production and sale areas to the service areas, and no other way.
