The Technique of Safe Excavation Blasting in the Library of School
Abstract：Based on the complicated environmental condition of the library of Qingdao Technological University, the technique of smooth blasting using uncoupled charge and the protective measures were put forward to ensure the safety of excavation blasting in the library.
