Abstract:A highly active methane oxidizing bacteria by microorganism separation and purification technology is obtained. Through constructing the environment for the degradation of static high concentration methane by microbial solution, the general laws of methane consumption and formaldehyde production in the process of degradation were analyzed quantitatively. The experimental results reflected that methane consumption rate and formation rate of formaldehyde increased during the first 7 days, and methane consumption was more than formaldehyde production; the methane consumption and formation rate of formaldehyde reached the highest on the 7 d, and there was a downward trend between the 8th and 14th days, and finally they tended to be stable.
