Guided Dust Catcher Equipment for Gas Extraction in Drilling Construction

Abstract：To eliminate the environmental pollution hazard of a large number of sewage discharge in the wet condition of slag discharge dust elimination and widespread diffusion of dust under the condition of dry slag discharge in gas extraction drilling construction,we creatively developed the portable,small,low cost guided dust catcher device.Mainly basing on the principle of bearing transmission and spray orientation guidance,the pulverized coal in wet condition under the weight of itself falls into the wash sedimentation pool through guiding device and gas hose;in addition,the overall design of the device is to avoid the complex process of split and assembly,and drill pipe is as a whole to enter and exit the dust spray chamber,without impact on gas drilling construction progress.The application validation of catching dust equipment is carried out in the field,and dust elimination effect achieves about 75.8％.
