The Upper Corner Gas Control Technology in Fully Mechanized Caving Face of Extremely Thick Coal Seam
Abstract：For the technical problems of high gas emission in 1303 working face of Guojiahe mine which seriously affect safety produc- tion of working face, through anlyzing the gas source and gas accumulation reasons in upper corner, the paper adopted the comprehen- sive control measures including increasing the amount of wind, setting the windbreak, hanging water jet fans, discharging in pseudo roadway, discharging by upper corner buried pipe, high level borehole discharging and other measures, which effectively solved the problem of the gas transfinite in upper corner and return air and ensured the safety production in working face.
