Study on Property of A New Composite Slurry Material
Abstract：Considering the shortcomings of the traditional spraying plugging material in the coal mine, a new composite slurry material containing elay, cement, fiber glass and some additives was developed. Through the theoretical and experiment analysis, the new com- posite slurry material, with good compressive and flexural strength, can withstand a certain degree of stress caused by roadway deforma- tion. It has good oxidation resistance property to prevent the spray material off caused by weathering and other factors. With strong im- permeability, the new material can achieve the requirements of plugging wind. Through the experiments of the new composite slurry ma- terial in Baijigou coal mine, the air leakage in roadway reduced by 83%.
