The Fixture and Process for Special Parts
Abstract：Special parts(non-rotary parts) in turning operations are hard toclamp in lathe.Also in drilling operations the accuracy of holes are difficult to achieve for sheet parts.For these common problems in mechanical machining,special fixtures for two special parts,a forked part and a steering joint,were designed and accordingly two proper processes were introduced.
