The Effect of Ageing and Deforming on Hardness and Electrical Conductivity of Cu-Ni-Si Alloy
Abstract：The regularity which ageing and deforming affect on microhardnessand electrical conductivity of Cu3.2%Ni0.75% Si0.3%Zn alloy for IC lead frames is studied. Based on this，optimized ageing deforming is used to process of lead frame ribbons of copper alloy in order to obtain very high strength and high electrical conductivity.
