The Fatigue Strength Analysis on YT1115Diesel Engine Crankshaft
Abstract：This paper presents the finite-element analysis method oncrankshaft in YT1115 type diesel engine by the simulation of I-DEAS software. It employed three-dimensional solid modeling on the crankshaft that was divided into 4133 points and 17867 cells. Furthermore , fatigue safety factor was determined with the method. Finally, the authors pointed out the improvement measures for the lower fatigue safety factor.
