Abstract：The better technological process now is the step control ofcarbon potential during carburizing.It can be considered a multi-stage carburizing.In this article,the mathematics model of multi-stage carburizing is obtained and its physical meaning is discussed.The carbon concentration distribution function derived from partial linear differential equation by applying the feasibility of repeat-adding can describe the innate character of multi-stage carburizing.
