Application and challenge of unmanned driving intelligent cluster in open-pit mine

Abstract：To enhance the transportation efficiency and safety of open-pit mines,this article analyzes the technical solution of unmanned driving intelligent cluster based on 5G private network,multi-sensor fusion and vehicle-road-cloud collaborative control.Taking Xinjiang Zhundong Open-pit Coal Mine of Guoneng as an actual case,relying on the intelligent transformation of infrastructure,the upgrade of the line-controlled mine truck system and the integrated deployment of the cloud control platform,the article constructs a complete intelligent open-pit mine transportation system.The results show that this scheme can extend the operation time by approximately 10%,significantly reduce transportation costs,and effectively decrease the number of safety accidents,which has positive significance for promoting green and efficient production in the mining area.
