Abstract:To address the complex geological conditions of irregular permafrost layer and rock concretions in the full continuous process system,as well as the safety threats to the conveyor belt posed by the top of the non-working slope, the article presents a"five-step method"and an inverted"H"-shaped excavation method, which effectively solve the production challenges brought by special geological structures.Meanwhile,"three-step"approach combining technical prevention, personnel prevention and special supervision has been implemented to systematically enhance the safety of the conveyor belt transportation system. The research results show that these methods have successfully resolved practical issues related to permafrost layer, rock concretions, and frozen slope tops, and have laid a solid foundation for the stable succession of the subsequent mining field's"two quantities"(ore reserves and production capacity).
