Discussion on contractors safety management capability and control measures in open-pit coal mine

Abstract：In order to ensure the implementation of the safety management work of the contractor in the process of subcontracting stripping production in open-pit mines,to improve the safety management capability of the contractor and promote the improvement of the overall safety production management level of open-pit coal mines,the article studies and discusses the current safety management capability level of the contractor,and constructs the evaluation model and control measures,and establishes the evaluation model with the help of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that through the scientific and reasonable safety management measures such as strengthening the safety education of the contractor,improving the safety awareness of employees and improving the safety management mechanism of the mine,the self-protection ability of the contractor's employees can be significantly improved,and then the overall safety production management level of open-pit coal mine can be improved.
