Abstract：In order to solve the problem of debris generated by the friction plate of the electromagnetic fan clutch of mining trucks entering the engine and causing damage,taking 930E-4mining truck as an example,this article introduces the structure,working principle and operation process of the electrically controlled silicone oil fan clutch,and analyzes the actual situation and benefits of the clutch applied to 930E-4mining truck.The application of electrically controlled silicone oil fan clutch greatly extends the engine life,reduces the frequency of clutch failure,and improves the utilization rate of mining trucks.
