Abstract:An efficient and reasonable truck transportation scheduling plan is the key way to achieve the dual goals of saving cost and improving efficiency of mining enterprises. The existing truck scheduling research in open-pit mines is difficult to apply to the actual mine production guidance because of the lack of consideration of uncertain factors.A driverless truck scheduling model for open-pit mining is proposed, and the chance constrained goal programming method is used to balance the risks caused by the uncertainties in the solution of the scheme. The scheduling model is verified by an example, and on the basis of fully considering the uncertainties of the truck carrying capacity, the optimization strategy significantly promotes the improvement of mine transportation efficiency, not only realize the optimal reduction of transportation cost, but also significantly shorten the waiting time of trucks, and effectively reduce the overall deviation of ore grade between each unloading point, thus comprehensively optimizing the comprehensive benefit of mine production.
