Application of intelligent drilling rig in South Open-pit Coal Mine based on multi-source data fusion technology

Abstract：In order to enhance the efficiency of drilling operations and reduce safety risks in open-pit coal mines,this article discusses the application framework of intelligent drilling rigs in South Open-pit Coal Mine based on the intelligent control systems and multi-sensor fusion technology.By integrating high-precision navigation positioning,automatic hole position management system and real-time fault diagnosis system,the article constructs an intelligent drilling operation system.The intelligent drilling rig efficiency achieves 100％of the efficiency of traditional equipment,with a drilling accuracy error within±5 cm,effectively addressing issues of low precision and high labor intensity in manual operations.The intelligent drilling rig technology can significantly improve the quality and safety of open-pit coal mine drilling,which provides technical path and practical experience for intelligent mine construction.
