Application analysis on electronical control lifting pilot valve of MT5500B mining truck

Abstract：In order to solve the problem of leakage and fire caused by the long connecting pipeline between the hydraulic control pilot valve and the lifting valve during operation,and the malfunction of the hall sensing device that controls the hydraulic oil cooling system,which can easily cause high temperature and other faults in the hydraulic system,the composition and working principle of the truck lifting system are analyzed.The abnormality of the hydraulic control lifting pilot valve is the main cause of the lifting system fault.Based on the fault cause,the hydraulic control lifting pilot valve is transformed into an electronic control lifting pilot valve,and the composition,principle,and advantages of the electronic control lifting pilot system are studied.The electrically controlled lifting pilot valve can adapt to special weather conditions without being affected by oil,and can more efficiently meet the working requirements of the lifting system during use.At the same time,it can also effectively solve the shortcomings of the hydraulic control pilot valve.
