Analysis and troubleshooting methods for high water temperature faults of mining electric wheel dump trucks

Abstract：In order to deeply analyze the causes of the high water temperature fault of the mining electric wheel dump truck,and explore effective troubleshooting and preventive methods to ensure the efficient and stable operation of mining transportation operations,this article analyzes this fault from multiple dimensions,including the cooling system,engine,electrical system,intake system,lubrication system,and operating environment,and presents preventive measure of high water temperature faults.By adopting the corresponding fault troubleshooting methods and preventive measures,it is possible to effectively reduce the occurrence probability of high water temperature faults,ensure that all systems of the vehicle are in good operating condition,improve the durability and stability of the vehicle,and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the mining electric wheel dump truck during mining operations.
