Analysis on development of intelligent drilling and blasting technology in open-pit coal mines of Xinjiang region

Abstract：As one of the important coal mining methods in Xinjiang,the open-pit coal mines face increasing pressure on safety with the rapid development of the coal industry and the continuous release of production capacity.The large-scale capacity increase also brings new challenges.The need to further improve the safety level of coal mines in Xinjiang and accelerate the construction of mechanized,automated,and intelligent coal mines has become increasingly urgent.With the continuous advancement of technology,the research and application of intelligent drilling and blasting technology have become an important direction for the development of industries in Xinjiang.This article combines the actual development needs of intelligent drilling and blasting in Xinjiang region,introduces the current situation of intelligent drilling and blasting in open-pit coal mines in Xinjiang region,including the construction and application of intelligent perforation equipment,intelligent blasting design,intelligent blasting,blasting vibration monitoring,etc.The article summarizes the problems of intelligent drilling and blasting technology in open-pit coal mines of Xinjiang region,analyzes the future development trend of intelligent drilling and blasting in Xinjiang region,and puts forward suggestions and measures to promote the development of intelligent drilling and blasting technology in open-pit coal mines of Xinjiang region.
