Research on efficiency improvement and collaborative mechanism of outsourced construction management for open-pit mine infrastructure

Abstract：In order to improve the efficiency of outsourcing construction management of open-pit mine capital construction and build the efficient coordination mechanism,this article analyzes the problems and challenges,information asymmetry,poor communication and coordination,and unreasonable resource allocation in the management of construction outsourcing.The results show that the introduction of information management system,strengthen cross-departmental cooperation,optimize the allocation of resources and establish a clear division of responsibility and performance evaluation system,which can significantly improve the efficiency of construction management,promote information sharing and cooperation among the participants,reduce communication costs,reduce the waste of resources and ultimately achieve the goal of project completion on time.
