Abstract：In order to solve the problems of low control accuracy,difficulty in purchasing simulation plug-in boards,and difficulty in troubleshooting in the current 2800XPB electric shovel simulation electrical control system,we optimizes and transform 2800XPB electric shovel simulation electrical control system,analyze the advantages and expected effects of transforming the electric shovel control system into a digital DC speed control system,and introduce the objectives,tasks and innovative points of the optimization transformation.The operational effects show that the optimized control system responds more promptly and accurately,achieving precise dynamic control of the motor,effectively reducing electrical failures and lowering equipment maintenance costs.
