4100XPC shovel transfer system common faults and solutions

Abstract：In order to solve the fault problems in the daily maintenance process of 4100XPC electric shovel switching system in Pingshuo Open-pit Mine,the article analyzes the control mode,operation principle and working characteristics of the electric shovel switching system.Through the analysis and description of common faults of the switching system,the article presents the corresponding troubleshooting methods.The results show that the cooling and dust removal effect of adding filter system is remarkable,which extends the service life of the armature contactor,reduces the electrical failure,and improves the equipment availability.
