Abstract:To solve the problem of efficient mining of the end slope of an open-pit mine, taking the east slope of Yuanbaoshan Open-pit Coal Mine as the engineering background, combining the relative stability theory of slope and numerical simulation technology, the article analyzes the potential landslide mode, current situation and the stability of the original design slope of the east slope, optimizes the parameters of the east slope to the boundary, and proposes a reasonable compression plan, and finally determines the tracking distance between the internal dump and the working slope. The research shows that the potential landslide modes of the east slope of the stope are the shear-bedding sliding with the arc as the slope interface the weak bed as the bottom interface, and the shear-bedding sliding with the fault as the slope interface, and the weak bed as the bottom interface. The width of the flat plate at the end of the east slope of the stope to the coal bottom of the boundary slope 6 is 30 m,which is 5° higher than the current slope angle and 1° higher than the original design. The slope stability can meet the design threshold by controlling the tracking distance between the horizontal mining working slope and the internal dump within 50 m.This scheme can realize the safe and efficient mining of east slope resources and solve the problem of production continuity caused by the lag of the river improvement project.
