Unmanned operation system for coal storage silo group in Shengli Energy Open-pit Mine

Abstract：In order to improve the operational efficiency of the coal storage silo group,reduce system costs and ensure real-time monitoring of equipment status,this article analyzes the importance of unmanned operation of the coal storage silo group.Based on the application of scraper fault recognition,intelligent ventilation of the coal storage silo,construction of the metaverse storage model,monitoring of the transportation belt at the warehouse entrance and fire monitoring,the article analyzes the value of multidi-mensional technology in the unmanned system of the coal storage silo group,builds the coal storage silo group unmanned system based on the integration of multidimensional technology.The unmanned operation system significantly improves the intelligent man-agement level of the coal storage silo group,reduces labor costs and improves the safety and stability of equipment operation.
