Repair technology for central axis fracture of WK-35 electric shovel

Abstract：In order to further improve the repairing efficiency of central pivot of WK-35 electric shovel,the focus is on the different fracture situations of the central pivot of WK-35 electric shovel in various open-pit coal mines in recent years.Based on the comprehensive analysis of different fracture faults and typical treatment methods that have occurred in the central pivot of WK-35 electric shovels in our unit in recent years,we innovate the independent maintenance technology and improve independent maintenance capabilities,develop WK-35 electric shovel central pivot fracture repair process.This process improves the efficiency of independent maintenance of WK-35 electric shovel core components and ensures the efficient operation of equipment.
