Application of IGBT contactless contactors on mining electric wheel dump trucks

Abstract：In order to solve the problem of high failure rate of mechanical contactor in mining electric wheel dump trucks,the article studies the working principle of dynamic braking of mining electric wheel dump trucks,and analyzes the method of replacing mechanical contactor with IGBT contactless contactors.The results show that the contactless contactor module was effectively applied,which improve the quality of equipment maintenance and parts replacement,effectively reduce production and operation costs,and reduce the labor intensity of maintenance personnel.
