Research on virtual simulation training system of open-pit coal mine excavator

Abstract：In order to provide more systematic,intelligent,and standardized training for large-scale operation equipment personnel in open-pit coal mines,we design and develop a highly immersive and deeply interactive virtual simulation training system for open-pit coal mine excavators,discuss the key technologies in system design such as virtual modeling,human-computer interaction control,and data packet development,and introduce the specific functions of the virtual simulation training system for open-pit coal mine excavators.Compared with the traditional training methods,this training system places trainees in a highly realistic virtual environment,simulates excavator mining operations in real time,efficiently completes daily excavator training tasks,which provides the technical support for reducing training accidents,improving excavator training efficiency and promoting the intelligence of open-pit coal mines.
