P&H4100XPC electric shovel electrical control and debugging technology

Abstract：This article introduces the components, working principle and performance characteristics of P&H4100 XPC shovel electrical system, and analyses the debugging methods and steps of the power supply system, distributed control system, motor drive control system and reactive power compensation (RPC) system in detail. Through practice, it has been proved that the failure rate of electric shovel electric control system has been obviously reduced, the reliability is improved, and the maintenance and maintenance work in the future is convenient.
