The existing main problems and development suggestions in open-pit coal industry

Abstract：The article summarizes and analyzes the main problems of open-pit coal mine construction, such as design theory, mining technology, business model, ecological environment, mineral rights division and contradiction after mining, and puts forward some development suggestions, which provide reference for peers and "school-enterprise-research" organizations.
