Achievement and developing trend of open-pit mining in China

Abstract：Based on the development status of open-pit coal mines in China, this article summarizes the development achievements of open-pit coal mines in terms of mining theory, mining technology, mining equipment, production safety, environment protection, comprehensive utilization of resources and informatization.Under the overall goal of green, safe and efficient open-pit coal mine construction in the new era, this article puts forward the specific methods to realize the goal from three aspects of technology, equipment and management, and scientifically grasps and predicts the future development tendency of the open-pit coal mines in terms of mining technology, equipment and management, so as to further promote the scientific development of coal industry.
