Technical transformation in the stripping crushing station of Buzhaoba Open-pit Mine

Abstract：According to the practical problems such as high failure rate, long outage time and maintenance difficulty in the crushing station, through the field investigation, the article studies the number of failures and time statistics. Through adjusting the installation mode, reforming bunker, replacing sprocket chain, matching transportation vehicle and scheduling, the mine eventually controls crushing station failure rate in safe and controllable range, which ensure the movable rate and the production continuity in stripping semi continuous system and increase the productivity of the crushing station.
