Study on stopping scheme of coal seam in the south slope of No.2 mining area in Zhahanao'er Open - pit Mine

Abstract：In order to ensure the safety of the coal seam mining in the south slope of the Zhahanao'er Open-pit Mine, the mine checks the physical and mechanical data and the actual physical and mechanical properties of the stratified rock mass. The stability of coal seam is analyzed and evaluated by rigid body limit equilibrium method. Through the analysis of the stability of the slope before and after the coal seam mining in the south slope, under the precondition of ensuring the stability of the south slope, the mine formulates three kinds of reasonable dew facilities. Based on the principle of coal resources mining efficiency maximization and stripping ratio minimum, the article recommends to select part of the mining program, which can increase the economic benefits of 38.347 million.
