Abstract：In order to solve the cross problem of 220 t and 30 ~ 70 t dump trucks in the eastern slope of Xiwan Open-pit Mine, the mine optimizes and designs the transportation system, cancels the control system of original red and green light, builds the pit separation type interchange steel trestle. The open-pit mining technology and the road and bridge theory are applied to avoid the crossing traffic of the cars and effectively solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor cost. At the same time, it also meets the production requirements, reduces the traffic density of the east slope entrance and exit, ensures the safe and efficient production.
