Study on optimal decision and control method of LWD-200B automatic drilling

Abstract：According to the characteristics of the time variation, delay and nonlinear of LWD-200B rig automatic drilling system, the article presents control scheme using fuzzy controller on drill master rotary motor. The error and error change rate obtained by sampling was sent to fuzzy controller. The flow of main motor was controlled through the implementing agencies. The LWD-200B open-pit drill intelligent control system uses the optimal decisions to control the automatic drilling process in order to realize optimization automatic drilling, regulate various parameters and maintain optimal value drilling, which has the best economic benefits.
