Design and application of pressure alarm device in MT5500 truck automatic lubrication system

Abstract：Aiming at the abnormal phenomenon such as lack of grease, oil pipeline damage of MT5500 truck automatic lubrication system, the article analyzes the working principle of automatic lubrication system and the actual use condition of the truck. The company eventually designs the alarm circuit based on truck automatic lubrication system oil pressure. When the automatic lubrication system abnormal works, we light alarm light and limit truck speed and ask the driver to add lubricating oil or timely maintenance.
