Study on geological and mechanical characteristics of composite slope for excavation and loading of the open-pit mine

Abstract：The stability of excavation and loading composite slope of open-pit mine is directly related to the safe and efficient production of open-pit mine. According to the different location of dump, the composite slope of open-pit mine was divided into two types. The article analyzes the influence factors of slope stability. Finally, the finite element numerical analysis method was used to analyze the change of the stress state of the slope under the condition of end-excavation. Relevant conclusions and methods are of theoretical and practical significance for the stability evaluation of similar slopes.
