Research and application of coal blending automation system in coal separating plant

Abstract：Pingshuo coal washing center analyzes the product structure and product quality of coal washing in six coal preparation plants according to coal output no fall processing sales. The center analyzes the existing process and yield and quality of pressure filter slime, forms a set of automatic coal blending system, which is applied in the coal preparation plants. More than 93% of all the center of the whole coal slime production reasonably blend into product coal for blending and loading sale, which has achieved great economic and social benefits.
