Consumption causes and control measures of shallow groove washing process medium

Abstract：The article mainly introduces the loss reasons of the medium powder in each link of production system. The plant takes the targeted media recycling technology reform and media management measures, which implements coal medium consumption from 1.2 kg/ton to below 0.56 kg/ton now. Coal medium consumption obviously declines, which obtains the remarkable economic benefits, and several technical measures are promoted by peer enterprises.
