Abstract：After adopting car transportation, stripping production layout development is not balanced in Sandaoling Open-pit Mine. The article analyzes equilibrium stripping production development layout to ensure the raw coal output stable from the work loading line, the optimization of transportation system, mechanical and electrical technology, staff skill training operation, production scheduling, etc.
