Abstract：This article analyzes the kinds of influence factors, the influence degree and influence mechanism surrounding the geological conditions and the nature of the rock mass mechanics, the size parameters of goaf and the open-pit mining activities three aspects. The author illustrates the importance of these factors and the path by the safety factor evaluation method, in order to seize the main factors, the secondary factors and achieve the scientific, reasonable and practical targets in the process of evaluation and management.
