Abstract：In order to improve the soil and water conservation section to write and do open-pit coal mine soil and water conservation work, this article introduces the available practice from the project site selection, analysis and correction of construction scheme, the occupation and estimation of earth-rock, forecast of soil erosion, measures design and investment estimation.
